Senior Account Executive
Responsible for new business prospecting and development of, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications, to strategically win new business with a line of multifunctional products, document management systems, strategic solutions and software.

Essential Duties:

• Establish relationships with assigned targeted accounts.

• Perform on-site client needs assessments.

• Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and present the company’s values and advantages over competitors.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and year-end sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow up contact and consultation, after the sale.

• Meep abreast of changes in technology and understand how it applies to our customers and prospects.

• Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed.

• Protect and grow market share in assigned territory.

• Close sales, develop and maintain sales plan for each account.

• Actively manage territory and activity through C.R.M.

• Builds a prospect pipeline that meets or exceeds company pipeline metrics for 30, 90 and 180 day milestones.

• Submits a monthly sales revenue forecast to the Sales Manager and achieves established sales goals based on submitted forecast.

• Participates in monthly (RAP) Review and Plan Session with Sales Manager.

• Participates in Strategy Sessions on all 30-60-90 Day closable accounts.

• Develops strategy for all production system and large fleet targets.

• Conducts quarterly business reviews for all production systems and large fleet accounts.

Other Duties:

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Supervision Received:

The Senior Account Executive reports directly to the Sales Director.

None

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communications skills (oral and written and presentation skills).

• Knowledge of the technology industry and product.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• High energy, self-confident, self-motivated and goal driven.

• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.

• Excellent time and territory management skills.

Education, Experience and Training:

• Two years (2) experience in sales in the technology sector or related B2B with a proven and demonstrated history of successful quota attainment.

• Valid driver’s license.

Service Technician Trainee
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the incumbent will provide exceptional customer service with regards to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the networked office equipment in a designated territory. Office equipment includes, but is not limited to: digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers, color copies, and fax equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interface with customers at all levels of management throughout the organization

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self-supervise daily activities

• Strong ability to learn new solutions to everyday problems

• Intermediate Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills

• Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible, and resourceful, as demonstrated by past extra-curricular school activities or work activities/projects in a technical service preferred

• Ability to offer exceptional customer service in a high-stress environment and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner

• Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours, and holidays

• Ability to travel depending upon the assignment

• Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance
